About this policy

This policy describes the current LeeBee Creates website. It covers information stored by the storefront, contact enquiries and the services used to display the site. It will need updating when payment, order-management or other data services are connected.

Your basket and favourites

The storefront saves basket items and favourites in your browser’s local storage. Basket data can include product choices, design and lid selections, quantities, personalisation text and notes.

These saved choices are not automatically submitted to LeeBee Creates as an order. They remain on that browser until you remove them or clear the site’s browser data. On a shared device, other people using that browser may be able to see them.

A downloaded basket summary is a file on your device. You decide whether to keep or share it.

Contact enquiries

The contact page makes clear whether email contact is available. The form does not submit to a website database or send email in the background. If an email address is connected, it prepares an email in your email app; you choose whether to send it.

Form entries are not saved by the contact page after you leave it. If you send an email, your email provider processes it, and the information you provide is used to respond to and manage your enquiry. Avoid including payment-card details or other information that is not needed for your question.

Website delivery and fonts

Website hosting and font services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and resource requests to deliver this site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Hosting access or sign-in is managed by the hosting platform, rather than a LeeBee customer-account system.

The storefront does not currently include advertising pixels or a customer analytics integration. Browser storage for saved choices is separate from any technical storage or logs used by hosting providers.

Payments and orders

The current website does not process payments, submit orders or collect delivery addresses through checkout. Payment-provider and fulfilment disclosures will be added if those services are enabled.

Access, correction and removal

You can edit or remove basket items and toggle favourites in the storefront. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes the locally saved basket and favourites; it does not remove a basket-summary file you downloaded.

For information you have sent by email, or a privacy question or complaint, use the contact details on the Contact Us page. Explain the request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Retention of correspondence depends on the enquiry and any applicable record-keeping obligations; no universal retention period is stated here.
