Start with your item’s instructions

The care label or instructions supplied with your particular product take priority. Materials, lids and print finishes can differ between products. If an instruction is missing or unclear, ask before using heat, a cleaning appliance or a strong cleaning product.

Glass tumblers & travel mugs

Check the confirmed instructions for the vessel, lid and any detachable parts. Don’t assume an item is dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe or suitable for hot drinks unless its instructions say so.

Handle glass gently, avoid sudden temperature changes and stop using an item if it is cracked or chipped. Avoid abrasive scrubbing on a printed surface. Dry cleaned parts as directed before reassembling them.

Pens & silicone focal beads

Keep pen mechanisms dry and clean decorative parts gently according to their instructions. Check for loose components and stop using a damaged assembly.

Focal beads are small craft components. Keep them away from young children and don’t treat craft beads or beadable pens as toys or teething products. Check compatibility with your chosen pen blank or other components before assembling a project.

Pillowcases & cushion covers

Follow the fabric label for washing, drying and ironing. Check whether a cover is removable and whether an insert is included. Avoid applying direct heat to a printed area unless the product instructions specifically allow it.
