Products and illustrations

The current catalogue uses sample designs, illustrative images and sample prices. A collection photograph may show styling or accessories that are not included with an individual item, and may not show the exact selected variant. Read the item description and selected options together.

Confirm the actual product details, availability and final price before making a purchase. Colours can also appear differently across screens.

Your personalisation choices

Review spelling, names, selected designs, lids and quantities carefully. A custom note records a request; it does not by itself confirm that a particular alteration, deadline or material can be supplied.

Only request artwork or wording you are entitled to use. If a product needs a special requirement or delivery date, confirm that requirement before ordering.

Baskets and order status

Adding products to a basket or downloading a basket summary does not create an accepted order. The current website does not take payment or submit orders. A saved summary is not a receipt or order confirmation.

When live ordering is enabled, the applicable checkout, payment and order-acceptance information must be provided before an order is placed.

Delivery, returns and your rights

Read the Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages for the information to check and the steps to take if something is wrong. Those pages do not create a guaranteed dispatch date, delivery service or change-of-mind period.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.

Please don’t reuse product photographs, artwork or branding for resale or commercial promotion without permission from the relevant rights holder.
