A LITTLE HELP
Shipping & Delivery
From making it personal to getting it to your door.
Making time and delivery time
There are two parts to the journey. Production time is the time needed to prepare and personalise your items. Delivery time begins after the parcel is handed to the delivery service.
A delivery estimate is not the same as a production estimate. For a time-sensitive gift, check both before placing an order.
Destinations, costs and estimates
Shipping availability and cost depend on the destination and the items in your parcel. Confirm the current production estimate, available delivery options and shipping charge before an order is accepted.
We haven’t published fixed dispatch times, delivery rates or a list of supported destinations here. Please ask about your location and required date rather than relying on a general estimate.
Have a date in mind?
When asking about a gift or custom order, include the product, quantity, personalisation details, destination postcode and the date you need it. This helps us check the whole journey, including making time.
Check the recipient’s name and full delivery address carefully. If you notice an error, get in touch promptly so the available options can be checked.
After dispatch
If your chosen delivery service includes tracking, refer to the carrier’s latest update for the parcel’s progress. Delivery estimates can change while a parcel is in transit.
For a delay, missing parcel or damaged delivery, keep your order details and any tracking information together and contact us for help. Photograph damage to the item and parcel where possible.
