Personalisation works best when each little choice belongs together. Start with the piece you’ll use, choose a design you love, then add a name or message where that option is available.
Choose the collection and design
A collection can contain several designs. Open the product and choose the specific variant you want, rather than relying only on the collection photograph. Your selected design is shown alongside your configuration.
Finish your tumbler with a lid
Glass tumblers offer a separate lid choice. Consider whether you want a natural finish, a soft colour or a simple neutral. Check the displayed price for your chosen combination, since some options can change the total.
Keep your words intentional
The personalisation field accepts up to 28 characters where it is offered. A name, nickname or short message often works better than a long sentence. Check capital letters, spaces and punctuation as carefully as spelling.
If you have a particular colour preference or design question, use the notes field to describe it. A note records your request; it doesn’t confirm that every custom change can be made. Ask before relying on a special requirement.
Take one last look
Review the design, lid, personalisation and quantity in your basket. Different combinations stay separate, so you can check each person’s gift individually. Use the edit option if you spot something you want to change.
